If you are not 100% satisfied with your Heelys purchase, you can return your items for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that all products are in their original, unworn condition with the wheels and packaging included.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your original shipping box.
Pack the Wheels
Ensure the wheels, plugs, and removal tool are placed back in their original compartment to avoid damage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
